Q & A

“Is there anything I should do before you arrive to clean?”

Yes! It can help our team member(s) if you pick up or put away any clothes, children’s toys, or other items before we arrive. It is also appreciated if you could make sure your pet is safe and secure before our cleaning associate(s) come to clean.

 

“What if I need to reschedule, cancel, or skip my regular cleaning?”

We realize that life gets busy and sometimes things happen requiring you to move things around. We ask that you please let us know at least 48hrs in advance so that we can change our schedule around and or arrange for an alternative time and date for your cleaning.

 

“What if I can’t be home on my scheduled cleaning day?”

We are a trusted company. Many clients recommend that they could provide their cleaning service with a key, access codes, and or codes to alarm system. If that is something you choose to do with UCS, your keys and codes will be securely marked and controlled to maintain your security.

 

“What if my scheduled cleaning day lands on a holiday?”

We’ll call well in advance to arrange for a better day and time. Also, please let us know if you are ever in need of extra cleaning in advance of family get togethers, dinners, or parties. We are here to help!!
